We want to recognize C.O.R.E values.
Detailed submissions help us build a dialed culture that promotes all things good and deletes all things bad. Please do not abuse this form with mediocre examples, but dig deep, and let us know exactly why this friend stood out. We will use these submissions on company calls, as well as on social media to give recognition to the friend.

Rewards for recognition.
Each week, we will select 1 submission to send out an exclusive C.O.R.E hat to. Both you, and the friend you submit will receive one. We are working off of your word that this friend genuinely displayed the C.O.R.E value you are submitting them for. We only send 1 hat per person. However, we encourage you to submit a friend as many times as they excel in any given value.
